From January to November of 2018, Aguascalientes is positioned in the Top 5 for its growth in terms of new jobs. The Governor of the State, Martín Orozco Sandoval reassured that work will continue in favor of an economic and social development of the state through decisions that generate certainty for the investors.
He stressed that Aguascalientes has sought an environment conducive to investment and more than 20 thousand new formal jobs registered in the Mexican Social Security Institute, show this positive result.
On the other hand, the secretary of Economic Development of the State, Luis Ricardo Martínez Castañeda, announced that employment in Aguascalientes continues to grow, ranking fourth in the national level with a positive annual variation of 5.2 percent during the month of November.
Based on the most recent results of Aguascalientes in terms of job creation and incorporation of benefits to employment with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the state registers the generation of 20 thousand 935 new positions so far this year.
So far this administration has been able to incorporate 36 thousand 266 jobs, a figure higher than the 25 thousand 631 that were registered during the same period of the last administration.
Finally, the head of SEDEC noted that 91 percent of new formal jobs correspond to permanent positions and nine percent to temporary jobs.
